An MS-DOS word processor as part of a specialized office solution.
I did the whole thing myself in 'C' except printer, database and screen
access which was part of the
complete package.
Development started in late 1987 and was continued for several years
and versions.
I still have copyrights for this thing. Estimated value about $0.
